Review compatible fault data, leaks, fluid condition and level using the required procedure. Operating checks, where appropriate, help distinguish gearbox faults from engine, mount or driveline concerns.

Agree the level of work
Routine fluid/filter work, a control or valve-body repair, internal dismantling and unit replacement are different scopes. The estimate explains the supported option and any further investigation required.

Verify the original symptoms
After the agreed work, check leaks, operating behaviour and relevant fault data. Adaptation or programming is included only when required and supported for the fitted unit.
