    BMW Brake Repair Dubai

Squealing, grinding, vibration or a brake warning can have different causes. DIGI-TEC measures wear, checks discs, pads, calipers, sensors and fluid condition, and identifies the fitted standard, M Sport or M system before proposing parts. A warning alone does not prove pad or disc replacement is due.

    Our Brake Repair Process

    1

    Measurement and supported scan

Rotor, pad and caliper condition are measured. Electronic pad-wear or parking-brake data is read only where the vehicle and available diagnostic functions support it.

    2

    Confirm parts and compound

BMW pads and rotors must match the fitted M Compound and optional M Carbon Ceramic on M3, M4, M5, M8. The proposed source, compound and compatibility are documented in the quotation before parts are ordered.

    3

    Confirm fluid condition and specification

Check the applicable brake-fluid specification and service schedule. Fluid replacement and bleeding are included when the findings and agreed scope require them.

    4

    Bedding-in and EPB function

The required bedding procedure, road test and any supported EPB retract or reset function are confirmed for the vehicle and included only where applicable.

    BMW Parts Options, Documented

Pads, rotors, sensors and fluid are selected for the exact VIN, fitted brake option and agreed use. The estimate may specify a genuine part, an established OE-supplier component or another suitable customer-approved option, subject to availability. Carbon-ceramic pad and rotor compatibility is confirmed before work.

    BMW Brake Repair FAQs

No. The warning, wear sensor, measured pad and disc condition, fluid and control-system information must be checked.

The fitted hardware determines parts and procedure. M Sport, M Compound and optional ceramic systems must be identified before a quote.

Stop safely if braking performance or pedal feel changes, fluid is leaking, or the vehicle displays an urgent brake instruction. Arrange recovery if braking is unsafe.
