    Compatible vehicle scan

    Available modules, codes and freeze-frame data are collected where the vehicle and diagnostic access support them. Coverage is confirmed rather than assumed.

    Live-data review

    Relevant sensor and actuator values may be checked at idle or under a safe test condition. Results are interpreted alongside symptoms and physical inspection.

    Component testing

    Where a code is ambiguous, suitable electrical, mechanical or actuator tests are proposed. A ROX misfire, for example, can have several possible causes.

    Agreed repair and verification

    The repair is quoted for approval. Any supported coding, adaptation, code clearing or road-test verification required by that repair is documented in the scope.

    ROX Parts Options, Documented

    Sensors, injectors, coils, modules and wiring components are specified after diagnosis. A quotation may offer genuine, established OE-supplier, remanufactured or other suitable customer-approved options. Replacement-module coding, programming, security access and configuration depend on platform support and are confirmed before parts are ordered.
