Porsche Panamera Service & Repair Dubai

Panamera generations combine front-engine packaging with PDK or generation-dependent drivetrain configurations, optional air suspension, active chassis systems and, on some variants, hybrid hardware. Accurate service planning starts with the generation and fitted powertrain.

    Coverage

Which Panamera vehicles this page covers

    • First-generation 970 Panamera applications, including naturally aspirated, turbocharged and hybrid variants where supported.
    • Second-generation 971 Panamera applications with generation-specific PDK, chassis and electrical systems.
    • Rear- and all-wheel-drive, Sport Turismo, long-wheelbase and equipped hybrid variants where their systems affect service.
    • 4S, GTS and Turbo variants within the family page rather than separate doorway pages.

    Model-specific systems

What changes the service and repair plan

    Engine and hybrid thermal management

V6, V8 and hybrid Panamera variants use different engine and cooling arrangements. A warning or leak must be assigned to the correct circuit.

    • Confirm powertrain and oil approval before service.
    • Inspect cooling airflow, pumps, valves, hoses and visible leakage using the correct system map.
    • Accept hybrid thermal or high-voltage work only where workshop scope and safety capability are confirmed.

    PDK and driveline diagnosis

Panamera PDK generation and configuration differ from 911 applications. Shift symptoms need unit-specific data and a check of mounts, engine torque and all-wheel drive.

    • Record the exact shift, temperature and driving condition.
    • Confirm fluid, filter and service-function requirements from the fitted transmission.
    • Do not promise adaptation, coding or programming before compatible access is checked.

    Air suspension, PASM and PDCC

A Panamera may combine pneumatic springs, adaptive damping and active anti-roll control. Each system needs separate fault identification.

    • Measure height loss and test leaks before replacing the compressor.
    • Inspect mechanical arms, bushes, joints and tyres alongside electronic data.
    • Confirm alignment and calibration needs after repair.

    Brakes and tyres

Vehicle mass, wheel specification and fitted brake package affect wear and vibration diagnosis.

    • Identify steel versus PCCB hardware before inspection criteria are applied.
    • Check hub and wheel mounting when brake vibration is reported.
    • Investigate uneven tyre wear through pressure, alignment and suspension checks.

    AC and cabin systems

The Panamera has a large cabin and complex climate equipment; weak cooling may be refrigerant, airflow, control or electrical rather than one assumed component.

    • Measure vent temperature and system pressures under defined conditions.
    • Confirm refrigerant from the vehicle label.
    • Check blower and flap operation where temperature differs by zone.

    Electrical and low-voltage health

Battery condition and network voltage can influence transmission, chassis, comfort and hybrid control warnings.

    • Perform a complete module scan before clearing events.
    • Test battery condition and charging behaviour.
    • Confirm module coding or calibration support for the exact generation.

    Battery or electrical warnings

Low-voltage health should be established before unrelated modules are condemned.
