Confirm fluid and fill procedure

The applicable fluid reference, including whether vehicle-specific transmission fluid is correct for the fitted unit, and its temperature-based fill procedure are verified from vehicle-specific information.

Filter, pan and magnet inspection

Where the gearbox design permits, the filter, pan, seals and magnets are inspected and compatible replacement parts are proposed after findings.

Supported adaptation and road test

Adaptation reset or relearn is carried out only when required, supported and appropriate for the repair, followed by a condition-appropriate road test.
